13. System Availability and Technical Failures

The Application may experience technical errors, interruptions, data display errors, connectivity failures, server outages, or other operational issues. The Application provider is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from such technical issues. No compensation or remedy is provided for service interruptions.

The Application provider reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any of its features, Content, or services at any time without prior notice.
